This allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and create meaningful designs
instead of mass-produced clothing.
Q2. What is the delivery timeline?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your location.
Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped.
Q3. Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not offer returns or refunds once the order is delivered.
However, we do offer a FREE replacement in case of:
• Size issues
• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong product delivered
Q4. How do I request a replacement?
You can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us
with an unboxing video and clear images of the issue.
Replacement requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Q5. What if the size doesn’t fit me?
If the size doesn’t fit, we offer a free size replacement.
Please make sure the product is unused and request the replacement
within 48 hours of delivery.

Yes. All VYRA products are original designs created as part of our collections.
