At VYRA, every product is made especially for you, so we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is delivered.
However, we do offer a FREE replacement in the following cases:
• Size issues
• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong product delivered
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• A clear unboxing video
• Images showing the issue
Replacement requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Please note:
• No refunds are provided for change of mind
• Products once replaced cannot be replaced again
